Whitewater Valley Dog Training Club requires a Registration Form to be filled out for each class and dog you are registering. This is an online form that you will complete during the registration process when you select your class from the list below. Once you select your class, you will be asked a variety of questions before landing on the online payment screen. Thank you.

*We prefer you to register online for the classes you wish to take to guarantee your spot. However, If you prefer to download, print form, mail payment via mail, please check first to see if the class is full first and contact us to let us know your intension to register. This website will allow you to see how many spots are still available for each class.
